Rob DiNinni is an actor, improviser, comedian, filmmaker, facilitator, and coach with over 15 years of corporate experience as an esteemed business development, sales, and marketing professional in the IT industry. Rob realized the two worlds are intertwined. Sales is improv and improv is an essential element and valuable skill in communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership impact, storytelling vulnerability, conflict resolution, problem solving, creative collaboration, team building, cultivating relationships, finding play, encouraging humor, and inspiring innovation.
As a founding member of StageCoach Improv, he has performed and facilitated applied improv for business, leadership development, improv team building, sales is improv, conflict resolution, and interactive entertainment since 2004. He also works closely with executives, clinicians, and medical schools providing improv, leadership, and communication skills coaching as an actor and educator.
