Due to regional reorganization and growth, COMCAST needed to unite and energize the retail sales group during quarterly sales meetings. To reflect Comcast’s dynamic business model, management was searching for an “out of the box” and entertaining sales training program offering improv team building ideas that foster creativity, strategic selling, and partnerships.Value Provided
StageCoach Improv researched the retail sales group and worked closely with Comcast to create a customized interactive sales training and improv team building program, which was a fusion of sales, improv, theatre, presentation, and relationship building skills. As a result, the regional sales group and managers were able to connect, learn, and laugh while enhancing their sales skills and their ability to empower and manage their retail channel relationships.Working with Rob and his team was a great experience and one that helped myself and the sales people on my team gain a new appreciation to the importances of connecting with your customers on multiple levels. Rob delivered on his promise to not only create a stronger bond between our team but also how to look for creative ways to develop a stronger relationship with clients. Rob achieved this by blending acting, humor, and business experience all into a fun and motivating training experience. One of the biggest assets Rob posesses is that he came from the Corporate sales culture so he truly understands how important client relationships are and has the ability to tailor fit a program based on the type of business he is working with. To highlight the theme of “Winning!” at their quarterly sales summit awards dinner, Comcast needed a corporate comedy imposter to motivate and entertain their retail sales group.

StageCoach Improv, working collectively with Comcast, unveiled corporate imposter guest speaker Lucio Zarrelli, Italian two-time Olympic Luge Gold Medalist with his English Interrupter and Manager, Jackie Spear. The performance included a powerpoint presentation on “The Art of Winning and Becoming a Champion” inspired by his best selling book, Keeping it Aldente - Goals from Luge on Life.
