StageCoach Improv provided the actors with valuable executive experience to perform live scripted scenarios that illustrated the new strategic and cultural shift within Sun Life Financial's organization including showcasing leadership competencies required to empower employees to be more creative, communicate more effectively, and enable collaboration.
In addition to the theatrical role-play performances, StageCoach Improv was able to add levity to each scenario to better engage the executives through improv humor. The live role-play scenes helped to heighten the leadership development training experience by providing additional layers of insight, communication strategies, and improv team building principles.
