Hilton Boston Back Bay was planning their Blue Energy rally and on-going events and was looking to partner with a company that specializes in corporate comedy, improv team building, and experiential training who could customize an interactive and fun approach to help energize and entertain employees while delivering the Blue Energy message vs the standard talking heads power point slides. The on-going goal is to empower teamwork and fuel the passion to live the Hilton values and celebrate stories with their guests, team members, and community.

StageCoach Improv's partnership and collaboration with the Hilton Boston Back Bay on their Blue Energy rally produced a two-hour program with elements of live music, sketch and improv comedy, videos, multi-media, and corporate improv team building games within a TV comedy talk show format titled The Blue Energy Hour. The talk show host interviewed Hilton Boston Back Bay's key executives (special guests) who explained the cultural shift, strategy, and incentive programs. Also, the live musical component was both in English and Spanish coupled with Bi-Lingual conversational banter through out the show to ensure clear communication of key talking points with their culturally diverse employees.
