The Harvard Catalyst offering, Leadership Strategies for the Researcher, was looking for an "out of box" conflict management and communication skills program to compliment their 3-day intensive course.

Value Provided

StageCoach Improv customized an "improv skills in the lab" class using CRISP™ (Conflict Resolution Interactive Skills Program) as the framework to deliver a theatrical scenario to showcase conflict resolution through humor in a two-hour improv workshop for over 40 researchers and scientists.

The participants were able to observe themselves and others in their quest to cultivate their own levels of emotional intelligence, they became more collaborative in their teamwork, and more self-aware in managing conflict in leadership.
