The UNIVERSITY STERN INTER-CLUB COUNCIL was looking for a experiential learning program for leadership skills development.

Value Provided

StageCoach Improv customized a Leadership Playtime Program to foster team unity, creative collaboration, and effective teamwork through humor. The facilitators had participants run through improv and acting exercises followed by a debrief to further cultivate experiential learning, emotional intelligence, and strategic relationships through the power of play and laughter.
