Building relationships, accepting and advancing ideas, overcoming challenges and/or conflicts, and finding resolution are key ingredients of improvisation. These are the same elements essential to the practice of mediation. StageCoach Improv's mediation training (Conflict Resolution Interactive Skills Program - CRISP™) is compromised of improvisation-, scenario-, and theatre-based exercises. Participants develop skills to be more in the "mediation moment", and navigate the road to resolution!
