Due to regional reorganization and growth, COMCAST needed to unite
and energize the retail sales group during quarterly sales meetings. To reflect Comcast’s dynamic business model, management was searching for an “out of the box” and entertaining sales training program offering improv team building ideas that foster creativity, strategic selling, and partnerships. StageCoach Improv researched the retail sales group and worked closely with Comcast to create a customized interactive sales training and improv team building program, which was a fusion of sales, improv, theatre, presentation, and relationship building skills. As a result, the regional sales group and managers were able to connect, learn, and laugh while enhancing their sales skills and their ability to empower and manage their retail channel relationships."Working with Rob and his team was a great experience and one that helped myself and the sales people on my team gain a new appreciation to the importances of connecting with your customers on multiple levels.
